While in Dubai, you might also want to sample the latest in gastronomic excellence the United Arab Emirates has to offer: the Burger Khalifa, at Firebird Diner, which will set you back about US$135.
It’s a burger meant to be inspired by Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa, which at the time of writing is possibly the world’s tallest building. It (the burger, not the building) is described as “a giant sandwich with two double US prime Creekstone beef burgers with lobster tail, egg, cheese, truffle aioli and foie gras”.
